In 1989 Brenda began her successful real estate career at the Resort Semiahmoo.  She focuses on representing clients in the buying and selling of upscale waterfront and golf course homes, condos and homesites, and has extensive experience working with people relocating from outside the area.  In addition to specializing in Semiahmoo real estate, she handles properties in Birch Bay, Blaine and throughout Whatcom County.

Brenda is a licensed real estate agent with Windermere Real Estate, an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), and a member of the local, state and National Association of Realtors.  Throughout her career she has continually been at the forefront of the industry in utilizing technology to provide better, more efficient service.  Brenda holds the e-PRO designation, a certification which is earned by completing extensive technology training for real estate professionals.  She is ready to serve her clients today and in the future.
